Bookings:

Bookings are considered provisional until full payment has been received. Upon completion of the payment for a booking, a confirmation Email will be sent.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made by Shanti Freediving due to adverse weather conditions before the course starting date will either be rescheduled or refunded.

- Once a course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

 

- For customer-initiated cancellations, 

the following fees apply:

• In the event of flight cancellations due to typhoons or disasters, no cancellation fees will be charged, but please notify us promptly.

• Cancellation the day before: 50% of the fee.

• Cancellation 48 hours to 1 week before: 30% of the fee.

• Cancellation 1week+: 10% of the fee.

• Cancellation on the day of the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour fee.

 

 

* In any case of cancellation, the payment process fee (PayPal : 6%) will be deducted from the total course fee.

- After the sessions, if students do not meet the requirements and cannot obtain the license, refunds will not be provided. Additional sessions can be arranged until the requirements are fulfilled (subject to a fee).
