AIDA 2 Freediving Course – 3-Day Intermediate Program
For those who are already comfortable in the water, the AIDA 2 course takes your freediving skills to the next level.
This course covers more advanced freediving techniques and introduces the basic disciplines of freediving, including Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion, and Constant Weight Freediving.

Prerequisites:
-
18 years or older (16–17 with parental consent)
-
Able to swim at least 200 meters non-stop without fins or 300 meters with fins, mask, and snorkel
Course Duration & Schedule:

Total Duration: 3 Days

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00–5:00 PM (each day)
Daily Schedule (approx.):
Day 1 – Swimming Pool Session

Theory session & breathing/stretching practice

Pool training: Relaxation, Static Apnea (STA), Dynamic Apnea (DYN), finning, body position

Safety & rescue techniques
Day 2 – Open Water Session

Breathing & stretching warm-up

Open water training: Depth practice, Constant Weight (CWT) & Free Immersion (FIM)

📝 Course Materials & Written Exam:
A written exam will be provided at the end of the course.
You can submit it later after reviewing the material at your own pace.
After booking, you will receive the AIDA2 PDF textbook.
Please read it before the course begins to prepare for the theory portion.

Day 2 & 3: Open Water site in Onna-son (Blue Cave area)
* In case of bad weather:
If sea conditions are poor, we may move the open water sessions to Motobu (northern area).
In this case, meeting time may be earlier (around 9:00 AM), and we will notify you via email the day before the course with the final meeting point and time.
